Sound and Story is an interactive workshop for young people and their caregiver to relax, learn and engage through sound, story, singing and movement and breath.

• Ground together: Share a peaceful 'Sunflower Relaxation.'
• Build emotional safety: Explore the heartwarming story of Ellie and the Sunflowers.
• Release tension: Move energy with a joyful song and instruments.
• Experience reciprocity: Receive a special sound relaxation guided by your child.
• Connect deeply: Learn to co-regulate in a safe, nurturing space.

Offered both online and in-person at our nurturing facility.
