My mission is to guide children, caregivers care systems to expand inner resonance, a felt sense of presence, safety, calm, and aliveness from the inside out.

Experiences of stress occur naturally through the body’s systems and negatively affect how the body feels, thinks and responds to others and the environment.

Inner Resonance Global exists to offer new ways of understanding the body’s internal systems.  One that moves toward capacity, understanding and resourcing.

I am dedicated to providing new ways of understanding the body’s internal systems to create calm, connection, and safety with evidence-informed approaches that strengthen psychological safety and support sustainable care in families, services, and communities.

 My approach is grounded in core principles of relatability, ease of learning, application and person centered practice. 

My unique approach guides growth in the hearts, minds and actions of children, caregivers and care systems to experience a felt sense of inner resonance; calm, present, safe, and alive from the inside out.
