We all experience stress at some times in our lives, it is a natural response, that fuels survival and a uniquely individual experience.
Understanding stress and developing awareness is the foundation of transforming experiences. It is then the action that brings transformation, reshaping experiences to return home in the mind, brain and body as one fully integrated system, connecting to the core of your unique essence.
In this course you will learn about stress, you will increase awareness and practice natural ways to take action to reduce stress, return home into the mind, brain and body to reconnect and experience more fully.

Michelle Black, Founder Inner Resonance Global.
Hi, I'm Michelle Black, the Founder of Inner Resonance Global, an integrative therapist, consultant, trainer and registered clinical counsellor, specialising in Trauma and Behavour. I am honoured to be guiding young people and people caring for others to learn, grow and transform experiences.
Underpinning my relatable and creative approach, is a Master of Counselling, registration with the Australian Counselling Associateion (Clincal L4), and certifications in many modalities. I am a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Training and Development, a member of the Applied Neuroscience Society of Australasia and a Neuroscience PhD Candidate at The University of Queensland, Queensland Brain Institute.
